Nepal

If there is one thing that makes me return to Nepal other than discovering new places, it is the people who we meet and when I come back to France….lots of things seem pretty pointless.  How can you not love a region where only respect for others is important.  Let’s come back down to earth:

KathmanduA minimum of 15 days is required to appreciate this

Direct arrival in Kathmandu.  Accommodation generally in Tamel hotel Kathmandu guesthouse, double room with shower (hot)

Leave for Pokhara (8 place taxi to avoid tatabus incidents) Départ sur Pokhara (en taxi 8 places pour éviter les peripéties des tatabus)

le lac de Pokara

Requires a day to reach, 180km but roads in Nepal are more…surprising than at home.Visit the town after settling in to hotel

lThe sites :
Near Pokhara 15 minutes of transport and 15 minutes walk to reach the take-off (maintained) and fly with the eagles.  What an experience to see the raptors playing with us.
As for the landing, given that rice is the staple, the road between the terraces will do perfectly!!  A quick local beer and chat with the kids before the next flight.

Dates:IMG_1934 (WinCE)
November is a good season when flying is possible every day in conditions almost too calm even.  For those with cross experience, April is the ideal month to make some air miles, landings are numerous.

Prices: contact us

Dates: between November 5th and November 19th 2007
